All prescription medications are issued only following an online clinical consultation reviewed and approved by a qualified, GPhC-registered pharmacist or prescriber. No prescription will be issued solely on patient request; clinical suitability must be confirmed.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team. We may request additional information, decline a request, or recommend you consult your GP if we determine this is in your best interest.
Prescription medications supplied by us must only be used by the individual for whom they are prescribed. It is a criminal offence to supply or share prescription medicines with others.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will pay. We will not dispatch any order until payment has been successfully processed.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier performance, though we aim to ensure prompt receipt.
Deliveries are made to UK addresses only. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate. We cannot be held liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect address details provided by you.
If your order requires a signature on delivery and you are unavailable, a redelivery attempt or collection arrangement will be made by the courier in line with their standard procedures.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Due to the nature of prescription medicines and patient safety requirements, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on dispensed medication, except where the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Refunds for cancelled orders (where eligible) will be processed within 5–10 working days.
